With our various programmes for management development we provide a systematic and comprehensive preparation of leadership personnel on all levels for contemporary and future challenges.
To achieve this we train leadership personnel on 3 levels:
- 1. Level: The personal “manual”. To review one’s own behaviour patterns, skills and beliefs in a self-critical way again and again is of vital importance for success in leadership. In our trainings we offer a professional forum for reflection and development („leading myself”).
- 2. Level: Interaction with others. Leadership substantiates itself in interaction with the employees (“leading down”) and other groups in the company (“leading up”, “leading across”). With a manifold configuration of methods we develop the leaders’ choices for leadership intervention to a higher and more comprehensive level.
- 3. Level: The repertoire of leadership tools. Successful leadership actions are supported and safeguarded also by tools. New instruments as well as those applied in the company, which are also up to date and practice orientated, round off our trainings.
In all programmes for leadership development we act on the assumption of responsible participants who are offered “help for self-help” but not ready-made, all-purpose solutions. At the same time we try to do justice to all learning types through a well-balanced configuration of methods.
