In change management consultation we take over the role of „the boys with the broom“ in Curling: You define the contents of change and we assist you in getting these contents into the goal faster and better.
To achieve this we provide a tailor-made accompaniment of your change project in 4 modules:
- 1. Module: The commitment of the top management and of other relevant stakeholders to the change project is an essential pre-condition for successful change.
- 2. Module: With a well thought-out communication strategy and a mix of applicable communication measures deduced from this strategy we create the necessary attention to and comprehension of the change.
- 3. Module: The sustained effect of the change is ensured by the necessary and timely qualification of the people concerned.
- 4. Module: We provide the required drive for change by adequate mobilisation measures with the project team and with the concerned target groups.
We measure the success of the change brought about by our joint work in the 4 modules using a Change Monitor. Thereby we create transparency and measurability in change management.
