New change challenges for the change FACTORY: 7 divisions, worldwide 50 branches, about 10.000 members of staff strong is out new client with a clear target: to integrate the till now very independent divisions with a big change program more. Therefore on the one hand core processes will be blended well with each others to creaty synergy and to get in general faster and better: In project development till the market-ready product, in supply chain, in project management and in transparency of the major data.

That therefore in central and local units a new software has to be established makes it even more complex: reliable activities and the appropriate systems will partly be turned "inside out" and needs the stuff to give up secure routines and to learn the new ones quickly. To secure the appropriate enabling there's right now - also with our help - a total qualify program establishing. But our core brief is to open the change right now "people's mind" as well as the international teamwork, that new processes, systems and trainings get a good basement. And all that at all divisions, layers and in all the countries.
