Esther Straub», after a one-month training period, will completely take over the duties of Nadine Herpers» and will therefore be the contact person for the project management and project monitoring in change FACTORY».
Nadine» is leaving change FACTORY» with a smile in one eye and a tear in the other since she has looked after a very attractive client base over the last three years in exciting projects in management development» and change management». Nevertheless, she is looking forward to her new duties with great joy and anticipation. Her way now leads her into the reaches of the far North where she will be supporting the Human Resources Department in a consumer goods company.
