Joining cF has certainly caused some changes in the life of Stefan Gyarfas». Exciting customer projects and participation in important contracts and then this---Stefan is taking advantage of an offer to join the management team of an important medium-sized firm. This is an American company which operates in several industrial areas.
cF: What will you be doing in the future and how did it all come about?
SG: I shall be responsible for the finances in Europe and will be helping to bring about important changes within the firm. On the one hand it will be a question of integrating two divisions and on the other linking the different European units more intensely and harmonising them. This is an exciting and tempting task for me where both my strong points—Finances (hard facts) and People (soft facts) come to the fore.
That this so came about was, as so often in life not quite planned for and came as rather a surprise. And because I feel very much at home at cF, it was an exceedingly difficult decision for me to make : two hearts beating in my chest , so to speak, and this will for ever remain so.
cF: What does this now mean as regards your work with cF?
SG: Up to the end of the year nothing will change at all and I shall try to conclude all customer contracts either completely or, at the very least, to hand them over in a reasonable state! This, of course, is a matter of the highest priority.
Thereafter, I want to remain in very close contact with the cF because it is very rare to meet such a mixture of highly competent colleagues with depth and, at the same time, people who work at cF with heart and soul and who show each other the greatest respect: this is all pretty rare! Once an Orange…
cF: Many thanks Stefan! We wish you naturally all the very best for you in your new job: Stay Orange!
