Following his management studies in St. Gallen, he intersectorally worked in strategic organisation consulting for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for over ten years. In order to accompany enduring changes in companies and with executives responsible and employees beyond the predominantly hard facts orientated consulting, he successfully concluded an additional coaching education and expanded his area of activities towards Executive Coaching and (Project-)Team-Coaching. After several years as self-employed Manager Consultant & Coach he has joined change FACTORY as a freelance consultant.
