We offer our clients orientation in the “jungle of change” and a skilled X-ray view which allows us to recognise systemic difficulties.
In our annual Strategy Camp we use this very X-ray view to take a fresh look at our own strategy, structure and processes in order to discover possible weaknesses, to develop ourselves even further and to make improvements.
This summer change FACTORY again sullied forth to the Zillertal to spend three days on the Kohleralm dedicating ourselves to our own strategy, structures and processes. The results of the recent customer survey as well as those of the employee survey provided a valuable input for our three-day camp in the preparation stages. Some topics on the agenda were inter alia, a review of 2007, our market values, core business areas, BSC and brand behaviour.
In the evening there remained enough time for us for a barbecue, an orientation tour and a drawing and guessing game. Our two new employees Susanne Weigelt» and Stefan Gyarfas» had plenty of opportunity to get to know not only our strategy and business models but also their new colleagues very well.
From the strategy camp we took away with us a plethora of new ideas and methods which we are going to implement into our daily work .
