We are at change - and started that year for the first time a special event - the change FACTORY contributed for thanksgiving € 1.000.-- to the world hunger aid (Welthungerhilfe). Instead of the traditional christmas card action we want that year to help the poorest of the poor people - and hope to make a contribution to the earthquake victims at Sumatra.
Since 2002 the change FACTORY does conception and training support together with the BMW Group Munich, to make clients, partners and agentures the feeling of the brands in the BMW Group possible.
New change challenges for the change FACTORY: 7 divisions, worldwide 50 branches, about 10.000 members of staff strong is out new client with a clear target: to integrate the till now very independent divisions with a big change program more. Therefore on the one hand core processes will be blended well with each others to creaty synergy and to get in general faster and better: In project development till the market-ready product, in supply chain, in project management and in transparency of the major data.
On August the 3rd-5th 2009 the FACTORIANS met each other for the annual strategyCAMP and discussed about the future development of our company “change FACTORY” and what we propose to do.
